The Easykart line, composed of five models (pag. 135, from the 50 cc to the 125 Shifter), started in order to be functional to the aims of the project: simple to manage, at low cost (about the 50% less than a racing kart) and with low administration costs in agonistic field.
In order to reach these goals, all the models have common prerogatives. For example, the whole line (except for the 50 cc model) is equipped with electric starter and is marketed with full optionals, tyres and engine included.
This simplifies the usage, also for non expert people, besides allowing the participation to races without the need of a technician.
This choice has made impossible the use of more engines, therefore it restricted the engineer’s activity.
About engines, since 2009 the new BMBs will be introduced, which are internally produced by Birel, air-cooled in order to contain the costs and simplify the management, but planned with innovative solutions to have the best reliability.
This point is in fact the best ally for the costs containment and in this sense, also the chassis accessories are guaranteed from the Freeline top quality.
